A single file inside an archive. Its `Data` stays empty until the archive it belongs to is
decompressed by {ref}`TCacheIndex.Cache`.

An empty file record with the given id. Its `Data` is filled in when the archive it belongs to
is decompressed by {ref}`TCacheIndex.Cache`.
